In this 1 hour podcast i will be looking at the way it is presented to the audience and what the specifics are of the podcast for example the genre and the guests in particular.
The patch is a one hour gaming podcast hosted by the same people who host the rooster teeth podcast and as if you can tell the point of the patch is to talk about games and gaming technology and other gaming appeal such as consoles and companies that make these games.
The patch is the gaming podcast of RoosterTeeth as they have there own podcast to talk about random stuff however the face they are company that makes money off games and gaming web shows they feel they need a podcast dedicated to gaming alone so it has the same employees at rooster teeth nothing has changed other then the theme of the podcast.
Mainly on the patch they have three people one being the presenter and a massive gamer
and then a technical and a journalist in rooster teeth this week its Ashley Jenkins and Ryan Haywood.
With this podcast being at the start of 2014 news of gaming is rather slow however this week they speak about what they are looking forward to the most in 2014 such as games and DLCs for gaming and announcements of new products to hit the shelfs also the hardware capabilities of the new Steam Box and how it has been out sourced to a lot of companies such as alienware.
