In this blog i will looking at a podcast called the patch and its structure in how it has done so well and grabs attention of the audience.

The patch is a technology based podcast talking about all types of current technology more focused on the video game industry they talk about the up and coming games and consoles and review the pros and cons of these new devices.

In which they turn previous consoles and situations in which they feel as a group of consumers also a company that make profit from video games there opinions feel like they need to be heard.

The podcast has three people on per week this is a group presented format in which they have three main attributes one guest is a manger of finance and technology the other is a news reporter on games and formats the final member specialises in tech and knows more about the hardware and software of the content so each opinion varies from a different side of the industry.

This podcast is a subjective podcast as they work in a high end part of the video game industry and have played them for most of their lives and still to this day make money off video games.

They believe  that their own professional opinion is correct however when certain guests are on "The patch" they agree with facts it is  neutral podcast as the opinions come from different sides of the video game industry therefore making it a more in depth podcast with much greater detail.

However it still remains to be said that this is indeed a subjective podcast as they believe that because it effects their business that their opinions have to be heard by the video game industry and the video game public.

The audience  would be students in there twenties or from  sixteen to older because this podcast is more technology and business perspective even if the subject is a youthful subject.
